Do Not Give To Gliders!
Catnip
Cedar or pine
Pits of fruit (they love avocados, but the skin and pit may not be fed because of toxins)
Chocolate
Caffeine
Garlic
Soda
Canned foods (because of high salt and sugar content)
Cheese (lactose intolerant, yogurt is ok because of enzymes that help 'digest' the lactose)
Milk
Rhubarb
Foods that should be avoided included foods with high added sugar and salt, added garlic (this is ok in superfood green juice that is in hpw plus/complete because of how low the actual content is), fried foods, cat food, dog food, iceburg lettuce (not valuable nutritionally), seeds that cannot pass through digestive tract (ex: sunflower seeds should be avoided but will be chewed high fat content is the actual reason this should not be given: never give if salted, millet should not be given, strawberry seeds are fine)
The general rule of thumb is that if you don't know don't do it. This is not a complete list. Here are some links with safe foods for gliders.

Note: cucumber seeds are ok, apple seeds are NOT
Things to note that I do not feed to my gliders include grape (and grape products) and tofu (and tofu products). There are alot of other things I do not feed (like apples, cause most of my gliders do not like it).
