From Seattle Bird & Exotic costs $42 and from Kamaka Exotic vet costs $33.  For Seattle Bird and Exotic there needs to be a exam if you bring in a new patient, for Kamaka you dont need an exam if you are a new patient but if the results show parasites then you need an exam to be prescribed medication.
